Linda Wade
Chief Executive Officer
Linda has served as the CEO at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Montgomery since 1997. She has more than 30 years of healthcare experience and has worked in rehabilitation since 1981. Linda’s career began as a registered nurse and she has maintained a certification in rehabilitation nursing since 1987. She has a strong commitment to quality care and feels her clinical background is an asset to her in the CEO role. Linda attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is a graduate of Samford University’s Ida V. Moffett School of Nursing.
Jeffrey Eng, M.D.
Medical Director
Dr. Jeffrey Eng is a native of New York and moved to Montgomery in 1998 to become the director of traumatic brain injury at HealthSouth. He has held the medical director position since 2001. Dr. Eng completed his physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York. He also completed an internal medicine internship at Staten Island University Hospital. Dr. Eng is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
Jeffery Eng, M.D. is an independent private practice physician whose office is located at the hospital.
Scott Gill
Director of Quality and Risk
Scott has been a member of the HealthSouth team since 1996. He has overseen all the quality/risk activities at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Montgomery since 2004 and was a member of the Corporate Quality Advisory Board. He received his degree in respiratory therapy from Wallace College in Dothan, Alabama, and later attended Auburn University of Montgomery.
Kim Headley
Director of Marketing Operations
Kim has been employed at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Montgomery since 1989. She received a degree in biology from Tuskegee University and later attended Troy State University's School of Nursing to become a registered nurse. Kim has worked in various positions during her tenure at the hospital but has found that marketing and business development is her passion.
Kim McDaniel
Director of Human Resources
Kim joined the HealthSouth Montgomery team in 2007 with more than 15 years of experience in human resources management. She oversees all areas of human resources, such as recruitment and retention. Kim graduated from Auburn University Montgomery with a bachelor’s degree in human resources.
Suzanne Rose
Chief Nursing Officer
Suzanne has more than ten years nursing experience. Prior to joining HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Montgomery she held various positions in a rehabilitation hospital and has several years of commercial case management experience. She graduated from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas, with her bachelor’s degree in nursing and has been board certified in case management since 2007.
Bill Ward
Director Plant Operations and Safety Officer
Bill has 39 years of experience in healthcare with 23 years as a director of plant operations. In addition, he oversees security and is the acting safety officer at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Montgomery. Bill has a business degree in business administration. He is a Certified Healthcare Engineer from the state of North Carolina Hospital Association.
Heath Watson
Controller
Heath has been employed at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Montgomery since 2001. Prior to joining HealthSouth, he worked as an accountant in the private sector. Heath received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Auburn University and his master’s degree in business administration at Troy State University.
Shirley Williams
Director of Therapy Operations
Shirley has worked at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Montgomery since 1989 and has been in management positions for the past 14 years. In addition to her duties as the director of therapy operations, she is lymph edema trained and provides treatments at the hospital on an inpatient and outpatient basis. Shirley graduated from Tuskegee University with a degree in physical therapy. Shirley has lived in Montgomery for the past 25 years.
